All products are covered with a 1-year warranty.
Warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer defects, product malfunctions, sizing issues etc…
The warranty does not cover damage caused by tearing or other defacement as well as common wear from use.
The repairs or replacement of any product is at the sole discretion of Newell Bags.
Any and all claims require proper documentation, i.e. the picture shows the issue is because of our workmanship and/or materials.
1.Replace the defective product to you or give you a certain amount of free bags in next order.
2.Send the required components to repair the portion of the product that is defective.
3.Issue a credit to your account.
