Q: What will you do for quality when manufacturing?
A: We have full sets of inspection machines: Color assessment cabinets, Dying rubbing fastness test,Salt spray test,Strength test machine,UV test same as color cabinets machine,Vibration test,Zipper peciprocating test machine ect;
The quality controlled from in-materials/accessories/online QC/final products QC/QC before shipping. 100% quality control for our customers.
Q: What do I do if I have a complaint or wish to make a warranty claim?
A: Please contact the [email protected] who you purchased the product and contact with Newell before and explain your complaint. You will also need to take your proof of purchase. Please note that a manufacturer is obliged to deal with your complaint.
Q: Where does your most customers come from?
A: Our customers are from Europe 30% and North America 30%.
Others are Australia,South America,South Africa and the Middle East ect.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: T/T , L/C , Western Union etc.
Q: What’s the certificate you have?
A: BSCI, SEDEX-4P, Wal-mart
Q: How soon can you delivery the goods if we cut you urgent large orders?
A: Depends! If we get stock fabric, we can deliver within 25 days;
If not, it’s about 30-45 days. 500pcs backpacks daily.
Q: For a middle-sized factory as yours,how can you accept small orders?
A: 1.Small quantity are acceptable but the price will be go up higher accordingly.
2.We have a special team who has over 5 years manufacturing experience handles small orders.
Q: What’s the packaging option or included?
A: 1. A poly bag could be printed with warning words;
2.Color box with your design
3.Hang tag, special tag etc.
4.Inside label, sticker with bar code
Q: I need something I can’t find on your web site, can I still get it?
A: Yes! We specialize in customizing different kinds of bags. We have our own team with 7-10 technician who have more than 10 years experience in designing, customizing, manufacturing etc.
